PROCEEDURE FOR ENTRANCE

Admission Process for the New Academic Year

Admission for the new academic year begins in September each year, and it is the first step in our admission procedure.

The admission procedures laid down by the school are strictly adhered to, as outlined below:

Step-by-Step Guide and Required Age for Each Class:

• Pre-School (1 - 2 years)

• Nursery 1 / KG1 (2 - 3 years)

• Nursery 2 / KG2 (3 - 4 years)

• Nursery 3 / KG3 (4 - 5 years)

• Grade 1 (5 - 6 years)

• Grade 2 (6 - 7 years)

• Grade 3 (7 - 8 years)

• Grade 4 (8 - 9 years)

• Grade 5 (9 - 10 years)

Step 1: Enquiry Form Submission

Please complete the Enquiry Form with the following details:

• Last Name
• First Name
• Date of Birth
• Place of Birth
• Name of Parents/Guardian
• Admission Number (if applicable)

Step 2: Submit Application Form with Required Documents

Submit the completed application form along with the following documents:

• Birth Certificate
• Passport Photograph (recent, clear)
• Vaccination Card

Note: The application form must be paid for at the point of collection.

Step 3: Interview/Interaction

Your child will undergo an interaction with the school administrator or head teacher. This step helps us understand the child’s readiness and provide further guidance.

Step 4: Payment of School Fees

Upon successful admission, payment of school fees is required to complete the process. Details of payment methods will be provided at this stage.
